We will gladly take returns or exchanges (NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS) as long as they are returned within 10 days of receipt and in it's original packaging and condition. We do require that you first email us at customerservice@veronicawillingham.com for an RA # (return authorization number) so we can quickly expedite the transaction for you. All returns/exchanges must have an R.A. number. Repairs are available. Please contact us at customerservice@veronicawillingham.com concerning repairs.
